Dash-N-Cam — A Polymetix, LLC Company

1. Agreement

By booking a Dash-N-Cam installation service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Polymetix LLC, operating as Dash-N-Cam, a Texas limited liability company.

2. Service Description

Dash-N-Cam provides mobile, professional dash cam installation at the customer’s vehicle location within our service area. Our all-inclusive package includes the dash cam device, mounting hardware, fuse box wiring, micro SD card, mobile app setup, and a 1-year limited warranty on parts and workmanship.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are submitted online at online booking and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Dash-N-Cam. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Your payment method will not be charged until your appointment is confirmed.

4. Payment

The service fee is $149, charged in full at the time of booking confirmation. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Dash-N-Cam to charge the confirmed service amount to your payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the confirmed location at the scheduled appointment time. You must have legal authority over the vehicle — either as the owner or with the owner’s explicit permission. You must have access to open the vehicle and the ability to start it with a key or fob at the time of the appointment. You must disclose any known vehicle modifications, aftermarket electrical systems, or conditions that may affect installation prior to the appointment.

7. Service Area

Dash-N-Cam services the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Bookings outside our current service area may not be confirmed. Service area is subject to change without notice.

8. Installation

Our technician will perform the installation at the location provided at booking. Installation requires access to the vehicle interior and fuse box. Dash-N-Cam takes reasonable care to protect your vehicle during installation and uses professional-grade tools and materials. Installation typically takes 30 minutes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash-N-Cam’s total liability for any claim arising from our service shall not exceed the amount paid for the installation in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or our service shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with Dash-N-Cam at [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
