Dash-N-Cam is a mobile dash cam installation service operated by Polymetix LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Our primary website is dashncam.com. When this policy refers to “Dash-N-Cam,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Polymetix LLC.

Information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, vehicle year, make, model, and color, installation address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details), and communication preferences.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, referral source, and cookies for session management and booking experience.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to schedule, confirm, and complete your installation appointment; to process payment via Stripe; to send appointment confirmations and service communications; to respond to support requests; and to improve our service and website.

4. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your booking — confirmation, appointment reminders, and day-of coordination. We do not send marketing messages without separate consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.

5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Dash-N-Cam does not store, transmit, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or billing information. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except with Stripe for payment processing, or when required by law or legal process.

7. Data Retention
We retain booking and customer records for a minimum of 3 years for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected].
